  3. Some of these archive team members and volunteers work for different organizations; however, their employers are not involved.

Their contribution is duly acknowledged by mentioning the name of their organization.
  8. Kannada Archive may accept any support in any form, not necessarily in a monetary sense, but for technical, collection development, and maintenance of the blog. We would acknowledge such help on our site. 
  9. In some cases, we have obtained permission from the concerned organizations or copyright holders to provide open access to the items in this archive. Such concerned individuals or institutions are duly acknowledged in the archive. 
  10. In some cases we have added metadata and given the hyperlink to the third-party websites for tracing the source item with the sole intention to add as many relevant documents as possible in this archive and also the effective use of the archival documents.
  11. We do consider and respect take-down notice(s). In case any individual or organization finds that this archive has violated any copyright provisions, a proof of copyright violation may kindly be sent to: contact@kannadaarchive.org so that public access to the respective item(s) be removed immediately.
